L2P is a VicRoads Learner Driver program for learner drivers aged 16-20 years old who face significant barriers to gain 120 mandatory driving hours on the road.

The program is a community-based volunteer program designed to provide access to driving practice on public roads for learner drivers under the supervision of a fully licensed driver.
