Engage! Exchange & Empower! is aimed at harnessing young people's leadership potential within CALD [culturally and linguistically diverse] communities in the South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

The work of Engage, Exchange & Empower project is based on getting involved in an established SEAAC youth committee consisting of various CALD youth leaders who will respond to their broader communities' needs to organise, plan and co-facilitate various educational, social and recreational activities and training opportunities. Emphasis is placed upon the value of volunteering, strengthening connections with family, community and local service providers and building resilience as young active members of our broader society.
